SWZ Hockey

This site covers Bantam, Midget and Junior C Southwest Zone hockey teams.

Following is a description of the Categories in SWZ Hockey.

The Bantam program is open to players 13 or 14 as of Dec. 31, 2011, born in years 1997 or 1998.

The SWZ Bantam teams participate in EMHA Federation Hockey.

The Midget program is open to players under 18 as of Dec. 31, 2011, born in years 1994, 1995 or 1996.

The SWZ Midget teams participate in EMHA Federation Hockey.

The SW Zone Junior B team, the Edmonton Royals, compete in the (Capital Junior Hockey League).

The Junior B program is open to players aged 20 or less Dec 31, 2011.

The SW Zone Junior C Oil Kings compete in the Noralta Junior Hockey League.

The Junior C program is open to players aged 20 or less Dec 31, 2011.
