We are pleased to announce that the South West Zone Hockey Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on May 21, 2026. Additional details, including timing and registration, will be shared in a following email. As part of the AGM process, we are also putting out a call for nominations for Board positions for the upcoming season.   SWZ is a volunteer-driven organization, and we are always looking for engaged parents and members of our community to get involved and help shape the experience for our players.

Current Board Opportunities

While nominations are open for all positions, we are specifically looking to fill the following roles:

  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • U18 Director 
  • Additional Category Directors (including U15/ U18 levels)

Please submit your name (or your nominee) and contact information to the Nominating Committee NC@swzhockey.com.  Nominations must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the AGM. Nominees must consent to their nomination.
